We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for purchased pixel packs. Please ensure you have selected the correct pack before completing your transaction.
If you experience a technical error during checkout where you are charged but do not receive your pixels, please reach out to us via our Contact page within 48 hours with your transaction ID.
